5 Stars Just what I wanted
This watering can was exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t find anything like it anywhere else (and believe me I searched a long time!). What shipped to me in a timely fashion. I am very pleased.
5 Stars BOUGHT IT LOCALLY
I was on the verge of buying one of these online but I scanned local stores first. Nothing like it at Lowe’s or H.D. Then I went to Big Lots for a garden hose b/c they have brand names for half price. So there it was, the practically identical can, without the sticker on the side, for $7. The top handle on the Behrens is a loose pail type handle. The top handle on the Big Lots can stays wherever you put it and won’t flop around. This can fills easily and gives a good solid sprinkle shower. For the price and considering I can return it locally if necessary the risk was basically nil.
5 Stars Vintage style, works like it should
Yes, it’s a simple sprinkling can, but it works like the timeless classic it is. The only way to appreciate this model is to have owned a plastic type that they sell at the big home centers these days. They leak and dribble at the nozzle like an 85 year old man, and don’t spray right. This one does!

Watering can is a good capacity and constructed well. Watering pattern is wide and does not dump all the water in one spot. Excellent for watering seeds.
