The price is so low I ordered several and gave some away! The package is hand-labeled so I probably can’t take them through customs internationally, as I was hoping to. These make hot and spicy sprouts–think onion and radish–a great way to add nutrition to salads and (gluten free) sandwiches.
5 Stars Flavorful alternative to lettuce and store-bought sprouts
I’ve been growing my own sprouts for years and this is my favorite mix. The combination of flavors adds zest to a sandwich and can be substituted for lettuce in many ways.
As we hear of contaminated produce on the store shelves with increased frequency, growing your own is a safe and very fresh alternative. From start to harvest I have a fresh crop in 5 or 6 days.
